Rewitalizacja terenów miasta Golubia Dobrzynia z naciskiem na stworzenie polaczenia pomiedzy osadami.

the project implements the idea of connecting cities by introducing view connections and pedestrian bridges. we have noticed that the river itself has many wonderful view openings onto the golub castle. this also influenced further actions, which was the creation of pathways with silent delicate arches, whose shape refers to and intertwines with the drwęca river. they have a numerous view openings. their shape create enclaves in which we decide to place different activity zones and functions, starting with playgrounds and kayak harbor, ending with the sports and recreation zone. we distinct pathways on two levels. the high level pedestrian and cycling route on a scarge among the tree crowns allows us to experience nature. the lower location of the pedestrian route touches the water surface, bringing us closer to the context of the place. both of them have appropriate view openings.
the proposed new development is majorly buildings that supplement the existing city fabric. in places where there was urban disorder, new layouts of multifamily buildings are appearing. spaces that were once degraded are being liquidated, and in their place, layouts of housing estates are being created. where it was possible, towers and viewpoints are appearing.
